Project manager
Tailor a project-manager resume to the job description you were handed.
PM postings split into Agile ceremonies, waterfall stage gates, vendor SOWs, or construction schedules. ApplyFit is a resume tool for project managers that promotes the method, domain, and artifacts already on your resume.

Why this posting is different
A template full of “stakeholder alignment” reads the same at every company. The posting wants Jira + a $4M cutover, or a school-construction GMP. If that work is on your resume, it should be at the top. If it is not, inventing a PMP or a program name will not survive a reference check.
What to paste
Paste the JD (Agile vs waterfall, industry, budget language, tools) and your current resume: employers, titles, dates, tools, and any PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 line you already have.
What ApplyFit will emphasize
- Delivery method and ceremonies that appear on both sides
- Tools you already named (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera)
- Cross-functional partners you already listed (eng, clinical, vendors)
What it will never invent
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other credentials
- Employers, clients, or program names
- Budget, timeline, or headcount figures that are not in your paste
ATS note for this role
Many PM postings filter on “PMP” as a boolean. If you do not have it on the resume, ApplyFit will not add it. Lead with the method and tools you actually used instead.
ApplyFit is a drafting aid. It does not guarantee a job, interview, or ATS pass, and it does not scrape LinkedIn. Check every line before you send it.
